Booking Information & Terms & Conditions - Online Parties

Thanks for booking a party with Bollywood Magic - we can not wait to host your party!

Booking: To complete your booking, please fill in the details below. This must be completed at least 7 days before the event date. Once the deposit and form have been received, you will receive an email confirming the booking. 

Deposit: Please make the deposit payment as agreed to secure the date and time of your party. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable but are deducted from the final balance which is payable via BACS before the party date.  All deposits should be paid to:

Deposit & Covid: During this time, we are refunding deposits if your party has to be cancelled due to reasons linked to Covid, or we can hold onto your deposit if you would like to postpone to a later date.

Costumes:  Please note that we can not currently provide any costumes as such for our online parties, but we still encourage the little ones to dress up!  We can send children a coin belt in the post, directly to their house, at £5/child.

Party Bags:  We can provide all children with a party bag at £8/child.  These are posted directly to the children and contain bindis, coin belt and bangles.

Duration of parties:  From experience, we would recommend 75 minute dance parties for up to the 7th Birthday and then up to 90 minutes for 8th birthdays and onwards.

Event details:  The teacher will be online 15 minutes before the party start time to check the sound / view etc.  The zoom details will be sent out as soon as we have received your deposit, as part of the confirmation for your party.  

Invites: You can download PDF versions of our exciting Bollywood Magic Invites which can be written on and hand delivered or an electronic version which you can open in word, add your details, save as PDF and send to your guests via email:

Cake Cutting:  If you want to have the cake cutting after the dancing, please let us know as we can include this in the party aswell and announce it at the end.

Photographs/Videos: We may take videos/photos of the children during the class for promotional / internal class review. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you are providing consent to allow us to do this.

Other information: To make the most of your zoom party, please try and use a laptop or biggest screen avaialble, so that the children can see the teacher.  It would be even better, if you can connect your laptop to a TV screen, but this is an optional extra as most of our parties are seen from laptops!  Please ensure you have enough space to move and dance during the party.

When the teacher is talking, she will place everyone on mute, but this will change as the teacher interacts with the children throught the party.
